As summer fades and fall approaches, take time to unplug, reflect, and recenter. Led by Amanda Jean Nichols, this two-night yoga retreat is designed to help you move intentionally through life’s transitions—with presence, breath, and renewed purpose.
$410 per participant
This retreat invites you to step out of your routine and into a slower rhythm. Through yoga, community, and quiet time in nature, we’ll explore the theme of transition—seasonal and personal. We’ll reflect on where we’ve been, look ahead with intention, and practice staying grounded in the present. Designed for all levels, this weekend combines mindful movement with rest and reflection. Each yoga practice supports your transition into the new season: movement preparing the body for stillness, breath anchoring us in the moment. Expect nourishing meals, crackling campfires, and time to reconnect with yourself under the trees.
